・Fine water mist rapidly captures airborne dust, improving on-site air quality
・Long-range, multi-angle spraying eliminates the need for vehicles to approach the dust source
・Integrates a mist cannon, front flush, rear spray, and water cannon into a single vehicle
・Supports self-priming water intake from rivers or ponds, making it suitable for remote construction sites and mining areas
・High-flow water pump and enlarged piping ensure greater stability during continuous operation
This vehicle utilizes the Sinotruk Howo TX5 heavy-duty chassis (4-axle configuration: two front, two rear) and is powered by a German MAN 350-horsepower engine, a Howo 9-speed synchromesh transmission, and an OEM power take-off (PTO) unit. Delivering robust power and stable load-bearing capacity, it effectively addresses issues such as insufficient power when fully loaded and poor maneuverability on complex terrain—common challenges at large construction sites, mining areas, coal yards, and ports. Its large-capacity tank (approximately 21 cubic meters) minimizes the need for frequent refilling trips. Equipped with a high-power 50/110 water pump and an optional 60–120 meter mist cannon, the vehicle enables long-range, wide-coverage spraying, allowing for rapid airborne dust suppression without requiring the vehicle to approach the dust source. Features such as front flushing, rear sprinkling, side spraying, and a landscaping water cannon simultaneously tackle accumulated road dust and airborne particulates, while the cab’s integrated pneumatic controls eliminate the need for the driver to repeatedly exit and re-enter the vehicle to operate equipment. The tank features double-sided welding (internal and external) and an epoxy glass flake anti-corrosion coating to mitigate the risk of rust and leakage associated with long-term water storage; additionally, the use of large-bore stainless steel ball valves, reinforced flanges, and a modular guardrail design helps minimize pipeline blockages and gasket failures while reducing maintenance downtime, making the vehicle ideal for high-intensity, continuous dust suppression operations.
