Designed for the long-distance, high-volume transport of flammable liquids such as methanol and ethanol, this vehicle utilizes a 6×2 "small tridem-axle" chassis powered by a 245-horsepower Yuchai engine. It features a 6-ton twin-steer front axle setup, a 10-ton rear axle with air suspension, and a rated payload capacity of 15 tons, balancing transport efficiency, load-bearing capability, and driving comfort.
The tank is constructed from Q235B carbon steel, with a shell thickness of 5mm and head thickness of 5.5mm; it features a large-capacity (19.68m³) single-compartment design. Equipment includes a methanol-specific manhole, safety valve, rupture disc, DN100 emergency shut-off valve, and an audible-visual alarm system, alongside a copper-core pump for efficient loading and unloading. The vehicle is fully equipped with EBS, ESC (roll-over protection), TPMS (tire pressure monitoring), a spark arrester, a static discharge strap, fire extinguishers, and safety warning signage, prioritizing safety, operational efficiency, and accident protection during the transport of flammable liquids.
