Insulation consists of a 70mm polyurethane foam layer combined with a 10mm rubber-plastic layer, limiting internal temperature fluctuation to just 2–3°C over 24 hours and mitigating the impact of temperature rise on milk quality during transit. Each compartment is equipped with a 360° CIP (Clean-in-Place) spray ball; combined with a centralized valve manifold for discharge and cleaning, as well as a compartment numbering system, this setup reduces the need for manual tank entry and minimizes operational errors. Manhole covers and toolboxes feature lead-seal mechanisms to facilitate traceability during loading and unloading, making the vehicle well-suited for transporting fresh milk, liquid foods, and other products that demand high standards of hygiene, thermal insulation, and compartmentalized transport.
