The 13,000-liter horizontal elliptical tank is constructed from food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel and features a three-compartment independent design, preventing the mixing of milk from different farms, batches, or grades, thereby facilitating quality traceability and settlement management. A combination of a 70mm polyurethane foam layer and 10mm rubber-plastic insulation limits the temperature rise to within 2°C over a 24-hour period, effectively reducing the risk of spoilage caused by temperature fluctuations. Each compartment is equipped with a 360° CIP (Clean-in-Place) automatic spray ball, eliminating the inefficiencies of manual cleaning and the issue of sanitary "dead zones"; discharge and cleaning valves are centrally located and clearly numbered, while manhole covers and operation cabinets feature tamper-evident sealing mechanisms to ensure hygiene, safety, and security against unauthorized access during transport.
